Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Provider

Secured $826,000 annually in Bexar County opioid settlement funds. Supported the competitive open-bid process from strategy to award. Provide ongoing outcome management, business development, and county liaison services.

 

Impact: Expanded access to evidencebased opioid treatment for underinsured andjusticeinvolved individuals across Bexar County.

 

Residential & Outpatient Provider

Secured $575,000 annually (HHSC) for residential, outpatient, and case management services. Secured $350,000 annually (USPO) for UA testing and co-occurring therapy. Provide ongoing contractual oversight, business development, and monthly CEO advisory services.

 

Impact: Strengthened services for underinsured, pretrial, and justiceinvolved populations bysecuring longterm funding stability.

 

Outpatient MH/SUD Provider | Victoria, Texas

Secured over $4.5 million in less than 18 months. John serves as Virtual Chief Revenue Officer supporting development of the region’s first residential treatment center for men, women, and women with children.

 

Impact: Transforming the Crossroads region’s mental health and substance use capacity and reshaping the behavioral health landscape.
